Terrorism: perpetual?

by WyldKard on July 25, 2002

If the forces of G.I. Joe were here, and assuming they were able to defeat the deadly, albeit incompetent forces of Cobra, perhaps we could order a team of ninjas, bazooka-carrying blow-hards, and parrot-toting sailors to beat the living crap out of Osama Bin Laden and company, and still be back in time to give us a feel-good message about how drugs are bad.

Unfortunately, all we have around these parts is zenwolf, who brings you his latest piece on the flawed War on Terrorism that the United States is currently waging.

Influenced by what sounds to be a good book, the article not only makes mention of how there were people who might have seen something like this come as much as 15 years ago, but also how in order to defeat the evil terrorist scum who live overseas, we must use more force, less leniency, and put more emphasis on what’s happening within out own borders.
